Orders are packed in Srinagar and handed to the courier within 24 hours. Delivery options and their cost are shown at checkout for your country. Where import duties apply, they are payable on delivery.

Clothing: Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, unused and with tags attached. Start a return from your orders in your account.

Food: Food cannot be returned once delivered, for hygiene reasons. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right.

Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives. Enter your pincode on any product to check it is offered at your address.

How soon will it ship?

Within 24 hours. Enter your pincode under Check delivery for an estimated delivery date.
