This website is run by MARQEEN, 24, Rangpura, Ellahi Bagh, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir 190020, India (GSTIN 01DUPPN4843G1ZI) — “MARQEEN”, “we” or “us”. You can reach us through our contact page.

• You must be 18 or older to place an order, or shop with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk, place fraudulent orders or interfere with other customers.

• Our clothing is handmade in Kashmir. Small differences in weave, embroidery and colour between pieces are a mark of handwork, not a defect.
• We photograph products as faithfully as we can, but colours can look different on different screens.
• Food is natural produce; its taste, colour and aroma can vary between harvests. Storage instructions and best-before dates are on the pack.

• Prices are shown in your country's currency. The full amount, including any taxes and delivery charges, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
• Cash on delivery is offered on eligible orders in India; please have the exact amount ready for the courier.

Your order is accepted when we email you its confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example when an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error or a payment looks fraudulent — and if we do, we refund anything you paid in full.

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our returns, refunds & cancellation policy. Both form part of these terms.

The MARQEEN name, logo, photographs, designs and text on this website belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, weather or courier disruption.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please talk to us first — most problems are solved quickly. Any dispute that cannot be resolved is subject to the courts at Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in force when you placed an order apply to that order.
