Shipping policy

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday leave on the next working day.

• We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
• Enter your pincode on any product page to see whether we deliver there, the estimated delivery date and whether cash on delivery is offered.
• Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

• The delivery options and their cost for your country are shown at checkout, in your currency.
• Customs duties and import taxes, where your country charges them, are set by your customs authority and are payable by you on delivery. They are not part of the price you pay us.

As soon as your parcel is handed to the courier we email you the tracking number and a tracking link. You can also track your order with your order number and email at any time.

Please check your address and phone number before placing the order — the courier will call that number. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody is available after the courier’s attempts, the parcel comes back to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

If a parcel looks opened or damaged, please refuse it or photograph it before opening. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery at care@marqeen.com with your order number and photos, and we will replace the item or refund you.
